International shipments may be subject to customs procedures beyond our control, which could cause delays. As soon as tracking details become available, we will share them with you via email.

U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 3–8 business days (includes tracking)

International Orders: Typically arrive in 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)
Please allow for potential delays during holiday peaks, promotional periods, or customs processing.
If no tracking activity is recorded after 30–60 business days, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment.
🕐 ORDER PROCESSING DETAILS
Processing time (3–5 business days) is required before shipping and is factored into your total delivery time.
Orders generally need 4–6 business days for full processing (inspection, packaging, hand-off to courier). Once your package is en route, a tracking confirmation will be emailed.

To cancel an order, you must do so within 30 minutes of placing it.
