We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at careshop1203@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
