We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available to us.

In rare cases, packages may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window. We ask for your patience and understanding, especially during busy seasons such as holidays or promotional periods. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship a replacement package.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery time. Orders typically take 4–6 business days to be processed (checked, packed, and handed over to the carrier).
Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent via email and can be tracked online.
In some instances—such as during holidays or major sales—processing times may be longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
If you cancel within 30 minutes before the order is processed, a $20 transaction fee will apply per order.
If you contact us and we confirm the order is already processed, it cannot be canceled.
