Easy on tummy. Eases gas and bloating.
These are the only probiotics that don’t give me hives and rash. They actually help me go to the bathroom as I suffer from IBS-C
This product did not work for me. I took it just as the instructions advised. I went to bed that night and I woke up at 2am vomiting and had diarrhea. I'm not saying it won't work on someone else but it was not the product for me.
I think it worked pretty well but I have since found other less expensive items that work just as well. If you are into name brands this is a good one.
WORKS if you really watch what You are eating. Great price too compared to StoneHenge etc...
